We operate SAMDAY Delivery Services — a local heavy item delivery service serving The Preserve community in Odessa, Florida — and the minamariam online shop for future USA-wide shipping of specialty products.

By visiting our site and/or placing an order with us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including all additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users of the site including browsers, customers, vendors, and contributors of content.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Prices for our products and delivery services are subject to change without notice. We will always communicate the final price to you before fulfilling your order — no surprises.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service, or any part thereof, without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Section 5 — Products & Services

SAMDAY Delivery Services provides local delivery of heavy and bulky household items — including but not limited to water bottle cases, large pet food bags, water softener salt, and bulk paper goods — to customers in The Preserve, Odessa, Florida area.

The minamariam online shop (coming soon) will offer authentic Middle East specialty products including dry goods, herbal blends, specialty teas, and imported items available for shipping anywhere in the United States.

We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, or other material purchased will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. For our Returns & Refunds Policy, please visit our Returns & Refunds page.

Section 6 — Payment Methods & Billing

SAMDAY Local Delivery — Payment

For all local SAMDAY delivery orders, payment is due after delivery — never before. We do not require any prepayment, deposit, or upfront fee. You pay only once your items are delivered to your door and you are satisfied.

We accept the following payment methods for local delivery orders:

We do not collect, store, or process credit card numbers or bank account information for local delivery orders. All Zelle and Venmo transactions are processed directly through those third-party platforms, subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. minamariam LLC is not responsible for any fees, errors, or issues arising from the use of Zelle or Venmo.

minamariam Shop — Online Payment (Coming Soon)

When our online shop launches, payments for shipped orders will be processed through third-party payment processors. By placing an online order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your payment information. However, we are not liable for any unauthorized access to your payment information that is beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that we are unable to verify. If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued within 10 business days.

Section 7 — Shipping & Delivery Policy

SAMDAY Local Delivery

All SAMDAY local delivery orders are delivered within 24 hours of order confirmation. We serve The Preserve, Odessa, Florida. A flat $18 delivery fee applies per order. Free delivery is available on orders with an item subtotal of $80 or more.

We source items on your behalf from Costco, Home Depot, Walmart, Sam's Club, and other major retailers. We will notify you when we are on our way and will coordinate a suitable delivery time with you by phone or WhatsApp.

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address provided by the customer, a redelivery fee may apply. For full details see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

minamariam Shop — USA Shipping (Coming Soon)

When our online shop launches, we will ship specialty products to all 50 states within the United States. Shipping will be handled through third-party shipping carriers including but not limited to USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided by email.

Risk of loss and title for shipped items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier, but we will work with you to file a claim if needed.

Section 8 — Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• For local SAMDAY delivery orders, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged or incorrect items
• For shipped orders from the minamariam shop, a 30-day return window applies
• Perishable items (food, herbs, teas) cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect
• Refunds for approved claims are processed within 10 business days

Section 9 — Third-Party Links & Tools

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services including Costco, Home Depot, WhatsApp, Zelle, Venmo, and social media platforms. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites.

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, or any transactions made in connection with third-party websites. Please review their policies before engaging in any transaction.

We may also provide access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have control. Your use of such tools is entirely at your own risk.

Section 10 — User Comments, Feedback & Submissions

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or other communications, you grant us the right to use that content to improve our services. We are not obligated to maintain confidentiality of unsolicited feedback or to compensate you for it.

You agree that your communications will not contain unlawful, abusive, or obscene material, and will not violate the rights of any third party.

In no case shall minamariam LLC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, or service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or replacement costs.

Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless minamariam LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services or when you cease using our site.

If in our sole judgment you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice. You will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.
