SAMDAY Local Delivery — Odessa, FL
1. Service Area
Our current primary delivery area is The Preserve, Odessa, Florida. We are a community-based local business proudly serving our neighbors.
If you are located outside The Preserve but still in the Odessa/Tampa Bay area, please contact us and we will let you know if we can accommodate your delivery. Additional fees may apply for extended delivery areas.
2. Delivery Window
All SAMDAY orders are delivered within 24 hours of order confirmation. In most cases, same-day delivery is available for orders placed before noon.
We will confirm your estimated delivery window by phone or WhatsApp when we confirm your order. We will also notify you when we are on our way so you can be ready to receive your items.
3. Items We Deliver
We specialize in heavy, bulky household items that are difficult to transport yourself, including but not limited to:
- Water bottle cases — Costco, Sam's Club, Walmart (40–200 lbs)
- Large pet food bags — dog food and cat food (40–50 lbs)
- Water softener salt bags — Home Depot, Lowe's, and similar stores
- Bulk paper goods — paper towels, toilet paper (Costco, Sam's Club)
- Laundry detergent and cleaning supplies — bulk sizes
- Other heavy household essentials from Costco, Home Depot, Walmart, Sam's Club, and more
We also deliver items from local stores that may not have a website or online presence. Simply tell us what you need and where it's from — we will do our best to get it for you.
We reserve the right to decline delivery of any item that is illegal, hazardous, or outside our service capabilities.
4. Delivery Fees & Purchase Fee
How your total is calculated:

We always communicate your full total — items + purchase fee + delivery fee — before we proceed with your order. No hidden charges. No surprises.
Store prices may vary day to day. We always charge the actual store price at the time of purchase — your items are priced exactly what the store charges us, nothing more.
5. Payment — After Delivery, Always
You pay only after your items are delivered to your door — never before. We do not require any prepayment, deposit, or upfront fee of any kind.

About Zelle Payments
Zelle is a third-party peer-to-peer payment service provided by Early Warning Services LLC. When you pay via Zelle, your payment is processed directly through the Zelle platform and is subject to Zelle's own terms of service and privacy policy. minamariam LLC does not store your bank account details, routing numbers, or Zelle credentials. About Venmo Payments
Venmo is a third-party payment service provided by PayPal Inc. When you pay via Venmo, your payment is processed through the Venmo platform and is subject to Venmo's own terms of service and privacy policy. minamariam LLC does not store your Venmo account information or linked financial details. We only receive confirmation that payment has been sent. For questions about Venmo transactions, visit venmo.com.
6. How to Place an Order
Order through our website, WhatsApp (+1 475-655-4197), or email (sameh@minamariam.com). Tell us exactly what you need, which store to get it from, your delivery address, and your preferred payment method.
We confirm your order by phone or WhatsApp, usually within a few hours. We will provide you with the exact total — store price + 15% purchase fee + $20 delivery fee — before proceeding.
We visit the store and purchase your items at their current store price. We photograph your receipt so you can verify every item and price if you wish.
Within 24 hours of confirmation, we deliver your items straight to your front door. We will contact you when we are on our way. Please ensure you or an authorized person is available to receive the delivery.
Once your items are at your door and you are happy, pay by cash, Zelle, or Venmo. Not a single dollar before that.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to receive the delivery at the agreed time, we will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to coordinate. If we are unable to reach you and cannot complete the delivery, we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest available time.
A second delivery attempt due to customer unavailability may incur an additional delivery fee of $20 to cover our additional time and transportation costs. We will always communicate this before the second attempt.
8. Delays
While we make every effort to deliver within the 24-hour window, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, weather conditions, traffic, or store availability of specific items. We will always communicate any delay proactively by phone or WhatsApp as soon as we are aware of it.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt. If any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with photos. We will correct the issue promptly. For full details, see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
10. Cancellations
You may cancel your order at no charge at any time before we have purchased your items from the store. Once items have been purchased on your behalf, a cancellation may incur a handling fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

11. Shipping Area
When our minamariam online shop launches, we will ship our specialty products — including authentic Middle East dry goods, herbal blends, specialty teas, and imported items — to all 50 states within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
12. Shipping Carriers & Third-Party Fulfillment
All shipped orders will be fulfilled through third-party shipping carriers including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, and similar services. By placing a shipped order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your order will be handled and transported by a third-party carrier independent of minamariam LLC
- Shipping timelines provided are estimates and not guarantees — actual delivery may vary based on carrier operations, weather, and other factors outside our control
- minamariam LLC is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party shipping carriers once your order has been accepted by the carrier
- Risk of loss passes to you upon the carrier's acceptance of your shipment
13. Shipping Timelines
Estimated shipping timelines will be displayed at checkout when the shop launches. As a general guide:

Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may not be processed until the next business day.
14. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees for the minamariam online shop will be calculated at checkout based on order weight, package dimensions, and delivery destination. Fees are determined by our third-party shipping carriers and may vary.
Free shipping thresholds or promotional shipping rates may be offered from time to time — details will be communicated on our website when available.
15. Online Payment Processing for Shipped Orders
All payments for shipped orders from the minamariam online shop will be processed through a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. This means:
- Your credit card, debit card, or other payment details are entered directly on the payment processor's secure platform — not stored on our servers
- All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS technology
- Payment is charged at the time of order placement for shipped orders
- minamariam LLC does not have access to your full card number, CVV, or banking details
- The name of our payment processor and a link to their privacy policy and terms will be disclosed at checkout when the shop launches
In the event of a dispute or chargeback related to a shipped order payment, please contact us first at sameh@minamariam.com so we can resolve the issue directly before involving your bank or payment provider.
16. Order Tracking
Once your shipped order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery in real time. minamariam LLC is not responsible for tracking information that is delayed or inaccurate due to carrier system issues.
17. Undeliverable Packages
If a shipped package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup point, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment. If reshipment is not possible, a refund will be issued minus the original and return shipping costs.
