Damages & Incorrect Deliveries
Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt. If any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
Please include photos of the item(s) and a clear description of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and offer one of the following resolutions:
- Wrong item delivered โ we will re-deliver the correct item at no additional charge, or issue a full refund of the item price
- Damaged item โ we will offer a replacement delivery or a full refund after reviewing the photos provided
- Missing item from order โ we will deliver the missing item or issue a partial refund
Refunds for Local Delivery Orders
Since SAMDAY Delivery Services purchases items on your behalf from stores such as Costco and Home Depot, our refund policy is as follows:

Payment Refunds โ Cash, Zelle & Venmo
Since all local delivery payments are made after delivery through Cash, Zelle, or Venmo, refunds are processed as follows:
- Cash payments โ refunds are made in cash at the time of the return visit, or transferred via Zelle or Venmo at your preference
- Zelle payments โ refunds are sent back to your Zelle-registered account within 3 business days of approval. Zelle transfers are processed by Early Warning Services LLC and are subject to their platform processing times
- Venmo payments โ refunds are sent back to your Venmo account within 3 business days of approval. Venmo transfers are processed by PayPal Inc. and are subject to their platform processing times
We are not responsible for delays caused by Zelle or Venmo's own processing systems once a refund has been initiated from our end. If you experience a delay beyond 5 business days after we confirm the refund has been sent, please contact your bank or the respective payment platform directly.
Items Not Eligible for Return (Local Delivery)
- Items that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original condition
- Issues not reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Perishable items (food, beverages, water) โ unless damaged or incorrect upon delivery
- Items damaged through customer misuse or negligence after delivery
Cancellations โ Local Delivery
You may cancel your SAMDAY delivery order at any time before we have purchased your items โ at absolutely no charge.
Once we have purchased your items from the store on your behalf, a cancellation may incur a handling fee to cover our time, transportation, and the store's restocking process. We will always communicate any applicable fee before proceeding.

Return Window โ Shipped Orders
For items purchased through the minamariam online shop, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility โ Shipped Orders
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- In the same condition as received โ unused and unaltered
- In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
How to Start a Return โ Shipped Orders
Email sameh@minamariam.com or WhatsApp +1 (475) 655-4197 with your order number and reason for return. Do NOT send items back without prior authorization โ unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for return.
Pack your item securely in its original packaging and ship it using the provided label. We recommend keeping your tracking number until the return is confirmed received.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.
Returns must be shipped to: Odessa, FL, United States. Full return address will be provided upon approval.

Exchanges โ Shipped Orders
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to:
- Return the item you have (following the return process above)
- Once your return is accepted and refunded, place a new separate order for the correct item
This ensures the fastest turnaround and avoids any delays in getting you the right product.
Damages & Incorrect Items โ Shipped Orders
Please inspect your shipped order immediately upon receipt. If any item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at sameh@minamariam.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds โ Shipped Orders & Third-Party Payment Processing
When our online shop launches, payments for shipped orders will be processed through a third-party payment processor (to be confirmed at launch). Refunds for approved returns will be processed as follows:

Once approved, refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account โ this is outside our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or the third-party payment processor once the refund has been initiated from our end. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at sameh@minamariam.com and we will provide you with the refund confirmation details to share with your bank.
Note regarding third-party payment processors: When our online shop launches, all online payments will be processed through a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card or debit card numbers on our servers. The payment processor handles all financial data in accordance with their own security standards and privacy policies, which will be disclosed at the time of launch.
Shipping Costs for Returns โ Shipped Orders
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items โ we cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid shipping label
- Change of mind returns โ the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable โ original shipping fees are not included in refunds unless the return is due to our error
